GYM TRAINING PLAN
A comprehensive training plan that aids in weight loss, building your strength and improving your overall health. We have designed a weight loss training program that adopts the perfect balance between strength, HIIT and cardio workouts.
Each day takes only 45 minutes to complete and is suitable for both beginners and intermediate fitness levels. We aim to educate and improve your understanding so you can move better and train with confidence.

Each week consist of 4x 1-hour training days with an optional 5th day of training over 8 weeks.
All movements are aimed to be simple and easy to follow. The program is designed not only for the regular gym goer trying to follow a weight loss routine, but also for the beginner looking to kickstart their gym routine and fat loss goals.

Depending on the training day, week and athletes effort, each training day should burn 500-800 calories.
